They were very worn and full of (pet) stains throughout. While the quote from 3M was slightly higher than another quote I got, they were available when I needed them. They also put oak hardwood in the master bedroom and hallway that had been there when built but replaced by previous owners with cheap snap flooring in a hideous color. I have to say I’m not the easiest to deal with, but Bruno was ideal for what I needed and was able to put point me in the right direction and get things accomplished timely.
