I wanted a sump pump installed and I had an issue with an exterior drain not being able to keep up with heavy rains. He correctly diagnosed the issue, came up with a plan to run an extra drain and his guys did the install in one work day, including the cleaning of the work space. He left the cleanout open and had me run all upstairs faucets and flush toilets to confirm that water was flowing properly to the sewer before wrapping up. Came out the next day to attempt to snake two clogged tubs on second floor of a side-by-side two family home, connected to one sewer line.. Clog was more severe than expected. Came back next day with partner to find pipe where they join but it was behind kitchen cabinet of both homes. Decided to bypass existing line and run new lines from each tub, join them and then drop a sngle pipe to the basement and reconnect to near the main drain.
