"Mr. John O. arrived on time and alerted me prior to his coming by phone. John went around the basement and inspected the walls and windows for moisture penetration, and signs of deterioration. He listened to my concerns and wrote a report and recommended an indoor french drain installation based on his professional judgment of the situation. I received the report with a schematic of my basement and his assessment as a pdf on email. He included a detailed estimate for the work proposed.
