We loved working with Chris and his crew so much on our first bathroom we had them do our second bathroom. Everything went just as smooth as last time. My wife and I appreciate the care put into minimizing the construction chaos and keeping things as organized as possible. New Jersey Remodelers remodeled our kitchen in the summer / fall of 2024 and we are very happy with the result. This was a large complex project involving; vaulting ceilings, laying tiling in the foyer and kitchen, complete gut of the kitchen with the installation of an island, new appliances. The team were highly knowledgeable and brought their experience to advise us on key design decisions. They helped advise on everything from counter depths, to clearances to lighting, both aesthetics as well as the practicalities of efficient usage of space in a kitchen. The team’s attention to detail was impressive, pointing out things that we would have otherwise overlooked at the time, whether it was symmetry, heights of certain fixtures or placement of appliances. The team showed integrity, going out of their way to do what was right for us. In one case, having the electrician to come back to add more light fixtures after they had reviewed some of the electricians initial work and recommended to us that there were options for enhancing - a cost which they absorbed. We were also impressed by the level of cleanliness of the worksite. After each day, floors were swept and vacuumed. The team has a network of trusted partners that produces high quality work with whom they have worked with for decades. This includes plumbers and electricians as well as appliance sellers. The team was able to negotiate competitive deals on our kitchen appliances that we could not match elsewhere. The team had our backs when working with appliance vendors - we had some small imperfections on the appliances that were delivered and they took charge of the full replacement process, leveraging their relationships with their vendors. The team were communicative and friendly, and it felt less like having workers in our house than a family. They went to great lengths to set our expectations upfront, and were transparent in the process. Unlike many other construction teams, they aim to limit the number of jobs they do at once, which means that there’s little risk of delay from the team spreading themselves thin across multiple job-sites. The flip side of this is that they have a backlog for work. We had to wait but it was certainly worth it. We would certainly have the team back. Thanks for everything NJ Remodelers!

Rob did a fantastic job converting our old hall closet upstairs into a second full bathroom for our home. The job was done fast & professional & the results were amazing. The new bathroom is gorgeous; the tile work on the floor & in the shower is beautiful. They we're also very clear on when & what was being done & was going to be done next. They also did a wonderful job patching up the other parts of the house affected by the job, new plumbing had to be run through the house to the second floor & you would never guess that just the other day the walls in the room below were opened up.

Our new bathroom is just completed and we couldn’t be happier! North Jersey Remodelers is an excellent company. This is the second job they’ve done for us. Right from the start, they came to see the space and take measurements, then offered us a good price, and the work was finished on time. Chris Dion was organized, thorough, and great at communicating with us throughout the project. He came in each day with a plan, then at the end of each day everything was cleaned up and out of the way. He also took care of working with the town inspectors. Every day he walked us through the process, making sure we made decisions step by step with great advice when we asked for it, then always answered all of our questions. And the work is beautiful! Chris goes over and above to make sure everything is just how you want it. We’re so happy we hired this company for both our kitchen and bathroom!

From the first phone to call to the final wipe down of the completed kitchen, Bob and Chris Dion were top notch the whole way. During their first visit, Chris got right to work taking measurements and they talked us through a number of options for a full redesign of our kitchen. A few days later, they walked us step-by-step through the plan and all of the costs. Their overall estimate was highly competitive and their pay-as-we-go approach gave us confidence that these were the rights guys for the job. Our renovation was scheduled to start in February 2023, but Bob reached out to us in November 2022 and said they could start in December if we wanted. So, instead of starting in February, our job was fully complete in February! The entire job took 8 weeks and along the way Chris did everything by the book and by the time he said he would. From contacting the town inspectors, to coordinating the plumber and electrician, to taking delivery of the appliances, Chris handled the logistics. While the final choices for floor tile, countertops, backsplash, etc. was always ours, Chris's input and pictures from previous jobs were consistently helpful. As for the work itself, it was top notch. He even helped us out with a couple of smaller jobs unrelated to the kitchen at entirely fair prices. Chris sweats the details and it shows in the final result. We're fully satisfied with our new kitchen and would not hesitate to hire them again. In fact, they're doing our main bathroom next!

Let me start off by saying that I would hire North Jersey Remodelers again in a heartbeat. Bob and Chris Dion explained everything in detail before the project started. Rob Dion has done an absolutely amazing job on our Kitchen ! He gave us updates daily on what was completed what would be completed the next day. His attention to detail is more than any one could ever ask for. He was able to replace by dining room ceiling and do a few more extras and have them completed before the holiday as promised . The job went smoothly, workmanship was outstanding, especially the attention to detail. Contractor was very easy to work out and kept me informed every day as to what had been done. It has been such a pleasant experience with North Jersey Remodelers throughout our Kitchen renovation. Rob has been the best. He was on time and worked every single day for 8 straight weeks and completed the kitchen with lot of dedication. We had lot of hiccups but that was not related to the North Jersey remodelers work but mainly issues with 3rd parties but Rob was very patient with everything. This was our first major renovation ever and could not be happier that we chose North Jersey Remodelers. Rob provided daily updates and cleaned the area very well each day before leaving. I am very pleased with the job he has done and cannot wait to show off my new kitchen to friends and family. I am looking forward to making lots of memories in the new kitchen. We highly recommend North Jersey Remodelers based on our very positive experience. They recently completed an extensive renovation job in our home. The work was excellent. Working with Robert Dion and his sons during the entire process from the first discussions to develop the estimate to the final inspection day was a pleasure. We asked them to consider a job involving extensive renovations in the walk out basement of the home we purchased at the end of 2019. The scope of work included redoing about 1500 square feet of flooring, full repainting, and a gut renovation for the summer kitchen with new fixtures, cabinets and outlets. Robert and his sons listened carefully to our vision for the work, assessed the options and made good suggestions for choices of materials and the work plan. The written estimate they provided was detailed and clear. Christopher Dion managed and executed the work in our home. The work was planned for about eight weeks. Throughout the process Chris talked to us every day to explain progress and to engage with us to make the necessary decisions about materials and the details of the project. As noted, his work was excellent. We particularly want to highlight the massive ceramic tiling job that required meticulous layout and execution. All the lines for the tile ended up true and well matched throughout the entire length of the space, passing through multiple rooms. This speaks so well to the careful work that Chris did for us. During the project, the COVID crisis hit full-force in Northern New Jersey. Chris adapted his work schedule and managed the project very effectively as we all coped with this. Finally, Chris carried us right through the recent, final inspection. It all took a bit longer, due to the unusual circumstances, but Chris did a great job taking care of our needs. Chris has already executed an additional, carpentry job for us and we would certainly hire North Jersey Remodelers for future work on our home.

Chris Dion was professional and showed up when he said he would. Anyone who has had work done on their house knows how rare this is. They service was great and they were very fast. They started the job on May 29th and it was done on July 2nd. They were very organized and everything was done according to plan. They fixed the problem that came up and it was beyond satisfactory. They also cleaned the drains and clog.
