"Scott was super informative and helpful in showing us the difference in the water softener systems. We love that we now have the added alkaline water â on tap!â"

"Very good communication. They responded quickly to my request to remediate the problem of my well water contamination with coliform bacteria. They came out promptly and fixed the immediate problem. They explained the path going forward and outlined the plan for a long term solution."

"The Best Pro Plumber was exceptionally professional, friendly and demonstrated a high level of knowledge. He layed down a tarp to pritect my floors and wore booties, he went under my house and went above and beyond to fix my toilet issues. I was very happy with the level of service and I would hire them again. Thanks so much, Regina"

"Excellent job, Efficient, Had water the 1st day, Very nice people also,"

"I have well water and my water was staining my toilets & bathtub- basically everything. I called Ultra Pure and they sent a very nice man, Al, to come test my water. He explained everything to me so it was easy to understand & showed me what systems I needed. Turns out my well water has very low pH and he installed a system for the entire house to fix it. Now all my water is more alkaline. He also put a water purification system at my sink so I have water that I use for drinking, cooking, washing my veggies. I feel safer drinking my water now. I don’t have to buy bottled water anymore which I like. I’m so happy because all of it was very affordable with my fixed income. Now I don’t have to worry about trying to clean stains and be embarrassed when I have people come over to use my bathroom. I would highly recommend them - from beginning to end the process was easy."

"If you have a water softener or filtration project, I highly recommend Orbit Energy & Power. I had a very favorable experience with the company . Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. I will definitely use them again"

"Vinnie installed a supplemental system to my water softening system. Under trying circumstances, Vinnie was professional and did a great job."

"After previously using Rob a year ago had him come to set up a new slop sink in the laundry room.  I had the existing pipes cut to add a hot and cold water line and a drain into the pipes being used for the washing machine.  The job was completed to my expectations.   Very happy with the service and will continue to use and recommend to others."

"The consultant came on time, was very professional and was NOT a pushy salesperson like other companies. He took his time and answered all of our questions. After the installation, what a difference our water is! I am so happy we did this!!"
