Ike, the owner of Hercules Construction, answered my request for a proposal almost immediately and we scheduled a consultation. He measured the space, and provided a detailed estimate with a graphic representation of the finished project. His cost estimate was very competitive. They started the job almost immediately. The construction supervisor, Leo, was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He and Ike were always available to allay my concerns and handle any issues that needed to be addressed. What really impressed me about Ike, was his constant communication with me about the project status and scheduling. They arrived on time and when expected. If they were not working that day, I was informed in advance. Also, Ike’s design suggestions were excellent, and it made the job very easy for us as he ordered materials, bought the right number of tiles, etc. I plan to use Hercules for additional projects in the future. "I gave this man $3000 which was 33% of the job upfront. Was supposed to give him 33% at the halfway part And 34% upon completion. But when I went to my bathroom and realized you left drugs in my bathroom and I have small children. Not like that 3000 black and small cleaners caught easy and heâ s lucky he hasnâ t been charged with nothing. Only reason that happened is because I wouldnâ t pursue charges. He obviously is a drug addict and has a problem so maybe he should get help Possibly isnâ t the option maybe rehab is. If you paid for supplies, you got ripped off wait 10 years and it will all fall apart charges for certain stuff but buys different stuff so he can use the extra money to pick himself up drugs without nobody noticing, I am so terribly in grief over this. $3000 he ran off with how is Matt doing in business and not in a jail cell"
