Wonderful experience! They fixed the spa and were very pleasant to work with too!

John & his wife Robin have always been there for our 18 year old Dimension 1 hot tub. They are the only ones who knew how to service it. Prompt and trustworthy service and friendly staff. Robin went far and beyond to assist us with a warranty issue on our hot tub cover. Highly recommend, reasonable service costs and will use no other company,

Robin was very nice and informed, easily reachable any time. Since my spa hasn’t been used and left empty for years Robin has tried to get the information about my spa as much as possible and also guided me to fill the spa with water to see whether there is any leak beforehand in order to save time and money. John and Austin came to work on time. They are very kind, professional and knowledgeable about my unusual type of Emerald spa which was sold only in Staten Island and off the market already. The spa turned out to have leaks and motor problems after testing. John explained it to us in detail , pros / cons for repair and gave advice in customer’s shoes as well. Both Robin and John were willing to take time to answer our questions and concerns. We are glad to hire them and their service is highly recommended.

Wife called immediately knew the problem just by my description. Scheduled the appointment and sent her husband out with his colleague. they finished the job within an hour and had us all set.

John, Robin and the team at Hi-Tech Spa Service are outstanding. Iâ  ve been in the customer service business for more than 30 years and Iâ  ve been exposed to many, many companies. The team at Hi-Tech Spa Service was responsive, professional, very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to assist me with my spa. They offered advice at times at no cost to me over the phone and then came out to handle my repair in a very efficient, timely and excellent manner. If I have any future spa related needs, I will be reaching out to John and his team at Hi-Tech Spa Service immediately and without hesitation. Very satisfied.

Robin got back to me within an hour of my reaching out here through Angi. (We had been waiting a week to hear back from the service department where we purchased the spa.) She scheduled a service call for the next day and contacted the manufacturer for us about the status of our warranty. John came out on time, replaced our hot tub heater in well under an hour and we were back in the tub by the next morning. He was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend using Hi-Tech Spa Service. We will definitely call them again if we have another issue in the future!

Dedicated and knowledgeable!

They repaired my hot tub when others told me it was too much work. That did not deter John, who was able to find and repair a leak, and replaced a motor that was on it's last leg. He took the time did the work and got the job done. It was not an easy job, it was labor intensive, and he never complained The hot tub runs like new after laying dormant for 3 years. he knows his stuff. I would recommend him in a heartbeat I should thank my wife for finding him

This company was great! Set up all the details and appt. John the technician did a great thorough job installing the new pump. My hot tub is back in working condition....still in time for this pandemic. John wore his mask and we maintained our 6 distance while figuring this out. Very satisfied with this company.
