At a time when some contractors are out there trying to sell unnecessary services and products, Sean is an honest, consultative, helpful professional. He was able to identify problems with our existing sump pit and corrected them. He also identified the fact that the sump pit was not in the lowest point of our foundation and installed a second sump pit and pump there. "Ylber (Jimmy) and his nephew who came to work were both very professional, courteous and honest. I had called them since I had noticed couple of shingles coming off the roof. Jimmy advised that roof needed some repairs as the rubber coverings around the flashings were completely worn out and there were quite a few shingles missing. Also recommended painting the chimney covering rather than replacing the entire cover due to rust which would cost lot of money.
