"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

I interviewed several contractors and none of them conveyed any confidence in the job given that the house was built in the 1880's and nothing is level or straight. Misael, however, was up for the challenge and set expectations early. He was extremely easy to work with and flexible when we had design changes. His workmanship and attention to detail are excellent. We received a ton of compliments on the finished job and lots of requests for his phone number.
