"Had carpet on stairs and hall way cleaned. Was Not informed it would be a dry cleaning. Thought both would be shampooed (wet). Dry cleaning did not have same results that shampooing would have. May need to get someone in to redo the cleaning."

"Mark responded to my inquiry immediately, discussed his plans, gave a rough estimate over the phone and made an appointment. He kept the appointment as stated,went over the plan and price. He did an absolute fantastic job in clearing a very difficult carpet. He even made friends with our Norwegian Elkhound.
