This is the client's den area where the floors were refinished. There is a long list of major errors. Here it starts with dreadful sanding resulting in drum marks & edger digs, incomplete sanding, completely botched staining, and a horrible 'finished' product!

"I hired the company for carpet, area rugs and a upholstered couch.
