"Hi we are very sorry but we do explain to all customers upon scheduling that if we dont have/carry the specific parts needed the day of inspection, we will do out best to locate them if we find them then we will reschedule you to install them. There is no guarantee we can find all parts for electronic recliners since there is a lot of factors that go into matching them. Our company did a very thorough search to try to locate the parts needed but this specific chair is older and parts are no longer being made. We apologize for this but its out of our companies control if the parts needed are no longer being manufactured for your specific recliner."
