He explained step by step what he was going to do to address my leaking roof and completed the job within the timeframe agreed upon .His attention to detail and the fact that his job includes an amazing warranty/maintenance is way beyond the other companies I initially checked to fix the problem.

BNM Roofing repaired my leaks on my flat roof. I had several companies come and couldn?t find the lake they came in. They found the leak. They gave me a full maintenance after repairing my leak and they also gave me a 12 year warranty. It?s been over a year, and still no leaks thank you so much I would highly recommend them their very professional very courteous

After speaking with Beuford of Bnm on the phone he came to see what work I needed done. He was very professional. After we spoke he gave me a verbal estimate then sent me a written estimate which I accepted and he had the job done on the same day. When he went up on the roof there were some other issues which he took care of. Also with these repairs I have a 12 year warranty and the amount I paid will be deducted from the cost if I have to repair the entire roof. I would recommend Bnm Roofing to anyone looking for roof repairs. I am very satisfied with the job done and their professionalism.

BNN roofing did an excellent job when I hired them they were very courteous came out gave me an estimate the same day told me. When would they come back to do the work they were there precisely on time. Their work was excellent done before they told me everything came out the way that they said it would I highly recommend them Their team and manager very kind and very understanding. Well worth five stars will recommend and use them anytime I need them.

I would definitely recommend BNm roofing I was recommended from them it was very quick to come very good with their prices. Good warranty highly recommend them.

I would hire anyone else. Hired him to fix 2 leaking sections on our roof and he sold me on a 10 year warranty that he did not honor. Part of his initial patch job leaked within 6 weeks. Was extremely difficult to get him to come back to honor his warranty. He no-call no-showed multiple times. Left me waiting at home for him all day. Buford finally showed up after I threatened legal action. He told me that every part of the roof that was leaking was not his responsibility and he could not help me. He finally agreed to fix one tiny area of the roof he had patched that was leaking again. His worker spent about 3 minutes fixing it. Within a week, this section was leaking AGAIN. He tried to gaslight me telling me I do not know about roofing;. Ironically, he clearly does not know anything about roofing because his patch job leaked TWICE. Asked for a partial refund from him but it took him nearly 3 months, constant calls/text, and threats of legal action. I will give him credit that he did an adequate job on the main section of the roof he fixed. But overall I had a very stressful experience and he did not keep his word. I would be very careful working with him

Excellent company. I have to begin by saying it can be difficult to find a great company that one can trust, know youâ re getting valuable work, professionalism, experienced and honesty. These are the great things I have experienced with B&M roofing company and can confidently say about this company. Buford is always on time, very responsive, clear in explaining what the issues are, what he will do to fix the matters, perfect written contract, a fair and honest man to work with professionally. Over the last year my household had at least 4 jobs and we always hire Buford and he takes care of the problems. We will continue to work with him on all future jobs. Very lucky and happy customers.

This roofer is caring and professional. This is seriously the first roofer who made sure he left our roof in perfect condition. In fact, he called after a big rain to make sure we didnâ  t have any leaks. We would without any doubt recommend this roofer

STAY AWAY FROM BUFORD MEGEL AND B and M ROOFING. This person should not be called a roofer or contractor. He has no knowledge of what needs to be done and completely relies on one of his workers to advise on everything. Buford says absolutely anything he needs to say in order to get the job. He brought his child with him to every appointment and stated he would not bring him once the work started. His child was with him everyday, and was on the roof while work was being done, even though he insisted my family or I should never go up there due to safety concerns. He was given a check to start the work and after day one, started begging for us to give him cash. He claimed to know how to repair the roof and claimed to have a team of 18 workers. He came with 4 people. He claimed no materials would be brought through the house and had 4 people plus his child with him walking up and down throughout the house for 3 days. We now have tar on our carpeted steps and on the walls. He used a torch on the roof, which we came to find out by actual professional roofers, this is illegal in NY. He caused so much damage to the flat roof we have that it resulted in a literal swimming pool of flooding, and multiple hours of sweeping water off of the roof every time it rains. After his handiwork, there is absolutely no water draining off of the roof, there is peeling aluminum paint and tar ALL OVER THE ROOF. We currently have multiple sump pumps on the roof to help with the flooding. It was clear immediately these guys had no idea what they were doing and they worked on this for 3 days insisting it would be perfect. The day after the work was done, it rained and our roof was 100% flooded. Buford was immediately contacted and refused to come because, as he stated, his guys were not available. He came alone the next day and had no idea what to do. The entire roof needs to be ripped up again and done over and as of today he is no longer responding to any of our calls or texts. There is still garbage all over the yard that he promised would be picked up or taken by him, we still have a flooding roof and he still has all of the money we paid for the job. He is a disgrace to the craft and has no integrity or professional knowledge of roofing. STAY AWAY!! Save yourself a lot of headache and cash. Deal with professionals only!! He is a con artist with no decency or sense of responsibility.

I took several estimates for my project before deciding on B&M roofing to handle doing the job I must say they were prompt to arrive. They addressed all my issues and performed the necessary work. B@M roofing also guarantees the work. I am a satisfied customer

SO FAR SO GOOD Once they arrive they got to work. They finished the job in five hours. After receiving three quotes I went with them because even though the job wasnâ t as big as I thought it would be they (Buford ) didnâ t take advantage of me. After raining for 4 days in NYC, the ceiling fell in my house. As a brand new home owner all I could think is this is going to cost thousands of dollars!! In the short time in between rain fall I knew time was of the essence. I was referred two roofing contractors with two totally different estimates, Again due to time I was going to bite the bullet and go with the cheapest option. However a family member took to Angieâ s List and B&M Roofing responded with in minutes. Buford arrived at my house in the next 30 minutes and assessed the damage. His words that sold me were â If I may, it sounds like you are leaning towards a new roof and I can sell you one but you donâ t need it.â And with that they got the job. Nick the brother is nice. Their services came with a 15 year warranty and should I ever need a new roof the amount I paid for this service will be deducted from that amount. Overall, as of today, 1 day after the job (it hasnâ t rained yet) I would recommend B&M Roofing. After the next rain fall I will update.
