"I hired Top of the Line to do snow & ice removal for my entire property which entailed a full length driveway, front porch, backyard, deck & full patio plus the sidewalk. I contacted them almost a week after the recent big snow storm that left 2 feet plus the added snowfalll a few days after which added another 6" on top. The wait complicated conditions by adding a thick layer of ice on top of the snow mounds plus a layer underneath on the ground. I could barely move in my backyard with the amount of snow & dreaded even going outside when it all turned to ice. It was a difficult & challenging job that they made look easy. Matt & Alex were diligent, extremely hardworking & very professional. Plus, they're respectful, polite & friendly. These gentleman worked really hard not cutting corners but got everything done so quickly. They were very thorough & meticulous, cleared everything, took it all right down to the blacktop plus salted literally everywhere. They did an excellent job that exceeded my expectations. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Matt & Alex. They came to my rescue & saved me a lot of aggravation. I will definitely be using Top of the Line Lawn, Landscaping & Property Mgmt again & in the future for all my property maintenance needs. I would highly recommend them. "Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"
