A two man team arrived promptly at the appointment time to remove the old pilot system and install the new one. "Excellent job done by Wayne of Rock Hard Concrete. He installed a concrete walkway in the rear of my home which led to a existing concrete patio I had installed several years ago by another contractor. Wayne stopped by on a Sunday afternoon in a timely fashion and we hit it off right away because he is a really nice guy. He listen to what I wanted I wanted to do and then gave me a few ideas to accomplish the job. He then gave me 2 estimates to do the job a couple of ways of course one of my ideas being twice as expensive as the other. Lol!!! I told him that I would think it over and talk to my wife to see what she thought. Wayne didn't try to pressure me to do the job and I was impressed by that because a lot of contractors try to get you to sign a contract that day. Anyway, later on that day I texted Wayne with a couple of questions and he called me and told me to give him a call back. I called him back and he really wanted to work with me and offered me a deal to do my concrete work the way I really wanted to do it and I could not resist the offer. He and his crew of 2 nice guys came early the next morning and worked hard to get the job prepped for the cement truck. The job was done by early afternoon and it came out fantastic. My wife and I was very happy and will use Wayne in the future for other concrete work around the house. Very hard-working guys, they remove all shingles on a 20 square roof within 2h. unfortunately the plywood was bad and need it to be replaced these guys did something that no company would do it they removed all plywood did framing repair installed 5/8 plywood and charged me only for the cost of plywood. I give them 5 stars for the job that they did and i will never deal with any other company besides HomeMaster."
