"I contacted Robert S. to discuss a water leak from our master bath through our kitchen ceiling, which we have been dealing with for about 3 years in our 5 year old new construction home. He patiently listened to the history of this leak issue and how we have had the shower caulked multiple times and the caulk continually cracks. We were resigned to the idea that we would need to tear out our entire shower to fix this. Robert was at our house with his plumber within days, diagnosed the issue which did not entail ripping out the shower. We will be replacing our shower doors which were improperly installed by the builder and Robert will be repairing our water damaged ceiling. Robert and his team are reputable and honest contractors and we highly recommend them for any home repairs or home improvement projects. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."
