"All Complete Construction, LLC repaired a section of my roof in 2016 to fix a leak. When that repair didnt work they came back to fix it again. When that didnt work, they took complete responsibility and re did the job. Sometimes things dont work the first time, but knowing that they came back to fix it makes them a trustworthy and reliable company. this last job looks perfect too!"

"My roof was leaking and I called UE Construction and they came over at the time they told me. They went up on the roof and my roof is extremely high and steep to access the situation. They gave me a quote on the spot and also what the steps they needed to take to repair the leak. I called other companies but felt that they gave me the runaround. I liked that they told me exactly what they needed to do and gave me a fixed price. They sent a crew over the next day and quickly repaired the roof. They were very professional and did a great job! I highly recommend them!"

Wall Repair questions, answered by experts

Depending on who you hire to build a retaining wall, the average cost, including demolition and reconstruction, for a 50-foot wall that's 4 feet in height is between $7,000 and $24,000.

Through proper drainage solutions and compacting the foundation soil.

A retaining wall can only function as a fence if it’s high enough on all sides to prevent someone from accidentally falling into the pool. However, most retaining walls retain dirt, which means their purpose is not related to safety. There would need to be nothing on the other side of the wall for it to be considered a fence, but in that case, it wouldn’t retain anything and would cease to be a retaining wall.

Failure to compact the soil during construction is the most common cause of leaning retaining walls. In addition, poor drainage can lead to excessive water pressure behind a retaining wall, pushing against it until it begins to move forward away from the soil it is holding back.

If you don’t backfill a retaining wall—either at all or adequately enough—the wall won’t drain well, and water will be able to pass through it. Poor drainage will lead to a warped wall or a buildup of hydrostatic pressure, which can eventually collapse your retaining wall. If you have particularly sloped land, consult a structural engineer to ensure your hardscaping is adding value to your home.
