"I wanted to get an HD antenna I owned installed so I could cancel my cable TV subscription. Ed was great. I called him in the morning and he was able to come out the same day to do the job. He took a look at my current cable setup to figure out the best way to connect the antenna cable so that I could get reception on all my TVs. Though I had already researched where the TV towers were located in relation to my house, Ed still double-checked to make sure the antenna would point in the right direction. He then put the antenna on the roof without fully attaching it so he could hook it up and we could make sure the stations came in. He checked multiple TVs to make sure the internal cable splitters didn't cause the signal to degrade. Once we confirmed everything looked good, he attached the antenna to the roof. In addition, he ran a new cable into the second floor for my cable modem, since I was still going to need that after I canceled cable TV. Despite this being an extra step that was needed, he still only charged me the price he had quoted me on the phone. Importantly, Ed used high-quality cable and equipment that was fully capable of carrying the high-bandwidth signal from the cable company, so there was no degradation in performance for the modem. He also tacked the wires along the siding and along the wall on the inside to make sure everything stayed in place (he even gave me a few extra clips in case I needed them). Overall I was extremely happy with the service I received, which I think was a bargain for the price. I would definitely recommend Ed if you want to cut the cord and get an antenna installed. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and did a great job."

There were some canceled or delayed appointments for which they apologized profusely. If a customer is willing to cut them some slack for this, they will satisfy. It may have been because of the condo requirements but the installation was substantially over the estimated cost."

However, during my planning I soon realized that I was not equipped to tackle this task and I certainly was not able to get up & onto my 30 ft high roof. I submitted my request on HomeAdvisor.com after 10:00 pm on May 17, 2015 and Mr Paul Lynch contacted me the next morning (May 18, 2015) before 8:00 am. We discussed in detail the nature of the project and finally the cost. His cost for the project was extremely competitive and it was the lowest in comparison to the quotes I received from three other companies. On the day of the installation, he arrived on time and promptly began the installation after we discussed & examined everything that needed to be done. The nature of my installation was very complex and challenging, but he was able to get the project completed. His work is extremely neat and professional. One of the things which stood out was... at the side of my home there was a "spaghetti patch of wiring", left over from old DishNetwork, DirectTV, FiOS and Optimum Cable services. Previous technicians would simply "work around" or "add to" this patch of wiring. Mr Paul Lynch "made things right" by removing any old unused wires and kept all of the relevant wires, which he neatly laid out and secured with commercial strength zip ties. He also corrected a problem with the "coaxial wire ground" and reinstalled it properly... all of this at no extra cost. Now I am enjoying FREE OVER THE AIR BROADCASTING (20 HD channels & 35 SD channels), because of my professionally installed HDTV Roof Antenna. I would highly recommend the service of Mr Paul Lynch to any of my family and friends. If you were to hire him, you too would be extremely pleased as I was and still am."
