From the first time I called for an estimate to the completion of the work, Tony and his workers were completely professional and trustworthy. We had a new liner installed in our chimney and after inspecting the exterior chimney, Tony immediately identified damage that had occurred from years of weather and use. Tony provided several repair options with varying prices, however ultimately recommended the most cost effective and common sense solution and not once pushed for the more expensive repair. "This was a great experience for me.  I'm always nervous about hiring folks, paying too much, being disappointed with the end result, etc, ...but my mind was set to ease when working with Vinny and his team.  
I first signed up for the chimney cap and cleaning $65.  Was very pleased w/ the work done and appreciated the pictures taken when working at the top of the chimney so I could be shown.  Following, I asked him to quote chimney caps for the other chimney and 5 ash pit clean out doors with installation.  
He came back with options (3 caps on that other chimney or one custom size chimney cap) along w/ his recommendation.  He did the same on the ash pit clean out doors.  I always like when someone takes the time to extend choices and explain why they would do it a certain way if it were their house.  
The pricing was fair and I felt like I could trust him to do the job.  He communicated with me regularly over e-mail, text and calls while we were sorting products (custom chimney cap and the clean out doors) and scheduled the installation when they were ready and it was convenient for me. 
Their work and service they did was excellent.  I'm very pleased and highly recommend.
If you want someone that will guide you through it, listen to your input, price fairly and care that you're happy in the end ...look no further.

"Really, really well. Adam + 1 did a thorough inspection and documented the areas in need of repair (photos provided). We have a large house with a mostly shingle roof and several flat areas with rubberized coating protecting them. Adam carefully explained what was going on--he had detected the water intrusion area independent of me telling him of the earlier problem. He explained our repair options and showed what the minimum needed work would be to repair the area where the metal flashing was missing and what might be necessary once they started the repair. He also explained the two possible rubber coating materials for the flat roof sections and how what was already there was deteriorating. The better coating was only $100 more so that was a no-brainer. I gave him the go-ahead and they came back a few days later to do the work. The leak area didn't require the more extensive repair it could have but there was some rot in the plywood decking when they removed the shingles. They cut out and replaced that area at no extra charge. They used tar to seal all the areas where the flat roof met the walls of the house, then rolled on the silver-gray rubber coating. It looks great and should protect that area for at least 5 years. Overall a really great experience."
