"Excellent. They came within the window of time they scheduled. The electricians were professional and courteous. They kept me updated during the process. They respected my home by putting down drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves to a very large extent. They repaired the walls with Sheetrock in the areas they cut Sheetrock out which was the deciding factor that made me choose Electric Power. Some companies do not repair walls after opening them up. The cost was a little lower compared to other quotes I received. Would certainly use them again. Jeff M."

They respected my home by putting down drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves to a very large extent. They repaired the walls with Sheetrock in the areas they cut Sheetrock out which was the deciding factor that made me choose Electric Power. Some companies do not repair walls after opening them up. The cost was a little lower compared to other quotes I received. Would certainly use them again. Jeff M."

On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"
