When buying a home, you need a great inspector like David because if you don't get a good inspection you run the risk of buying a big money pit. "Gregorio was great! He gave me an estimate and performed the work within a week. We wanted a rubber mulch play area built to put our kids playset on. It wasn't a simple task as we live on somewhat of a mountain. A retaining wall had to be built and the ground leveled. He came out as promised an completed the task timely and efficiently.
