When buying a home, you need a great inspector like David because if you don't get a good inspection you run the risk of buying a big money pit. "Gregorio was great! He gave me an estimate and performed the work within a week. We wanted a rubber mulch play area built to put our kids playset on. It wasn't a simple task as we live on somewhat of a mountain. A retaining wall had to be built and the ground leveled. He came out as promised an completed the task timely and efficiently. My kids and I are very happy with the work performed. Will definitely hire him again!"

It was logistically difficult for us to be there but he kept us updated as he went along and sent pictures of the progress. And because we couldn't be there many things such as taking down pictures, moving knick-knacks as well as clothes and furniture were done by him and his crew without a problem. We added a few additional things to be done and the prices were very reasonable in my opinion. Mom is going to be so thrilled!"
