"A little bit of a back story, my basement flooded on Christmas, during a storm a couple of years ago. I had to pay a company to install french drains inside the basement to avoid another flooding. Long story short, 12 thousand dollars later, I was left with the perimeter of my basement lower than the original floor level. It took me a while to save for a renovation but when I was ready I needed a jack of all trades with great attention to detail. I hired Khris to level out my floors and install luxury vinyl planks throughout. My basement finally looks and feels amazing! He wasn’t annoyed at all of my questions or me watching him do the installation (which I really appreciated). He went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed, and the end results reflect his knowledge and work ethic. I had him move a light switch, prime and paint all of the new drywall I had installed shortly after the flood, and few quick jobs around the house. He also installed my baseboards! Money well spent! I appreciate his professionalism and how well informed I felt throughout this process. After going through the flood last thing I needed was a janky job. 1000% recommended Simpson Home Solutions."

"David inspected a potential home I was looking to purchase and he was so thorough that by the time we were done it gave me a very clear understanding of what issues the house had, what needed fixing and what was downright dangerous. When buying a home, you need a great inspector like David because if you don't get a good inspection you run the risk of buying a big money pit. "Gregorio was great! He gave me an estimate and performed the work within a week. We wanted a rubber mulch play area built to put our kids playset on. It wasn't a simple task as we live on somewhat of a mountain. A retaining wall had to be built and the ground leveled. He came out as promised an completed the task timely and efficiently. My kids and I are very happy with the work performed. Will definitely hire him again!"

"It went beautifully! Steve gave us suggestions that ultimately allowed us to save money and looked great! It was logistically difficult for us to be there but he kept us updated as he went along and sent pictures of the progress. And because we couldn't be there many things such as taking down pictures, moving knick-knacks as well as clothes and furniture were done by him and his crew without a problem.
