"They were able to give me a reasonable quote and is very professional. Love how my ceiling came out. Thank you"

"Rod and his team at Kash1 Construction provided a very reasonable bid for repairs in our garage and a small patch-and-paint job in the stairwell. We were dealing with years—decades, even—of deferred maintenance and patchwork repairs left from previous condo boards that didn’t want to invest in proper fixes. Over about three weeks, Kash1 Construction transformed our garage ceiling from a poorly taped, partially painted, mold-damaged surface into a bright, smooth, even, and mold-free ceiling. As vice president of this condo association, I’m extremely pleased with the results. We did encounter some challenges along the way—such as difficulty locating leaks, leaks reopening, and leaks that took time to pinpoint—but none of these were due to Kash1’s work. With a 40-year-old building, these things happen. Rod and his team were easy to work with and very accommodating when we had a couple of change orders. On a personal note, I also had an issue with the bathroom ceiling in my own unit, which Rod’s team addressed with the same quality and professionalism. All in all, Kash1 delivered excellent work, and I fully expect to hire them again for future projects."

"Had popcorn ceiling applied to my ceiling for the acoustic advantage. As a speech therapist this ia greatly needed. The previously coat I had was falling apart. I contracted the Overstate's team to have the job done and was not disappointed. They ware respectful of my home, cleaned up after the job and worked quickly. Thank for such a thourough job especially during that ghorrid heat wave we had. I will definitely be using you for my upcoming projects."

"It is with deep satisfaction that I recommend Grady?s Painting and Plastering & Construction. Mr. George Grady is a skilled craftsman. He was hired to correct long neglected and extensive masonry and window issues on a large, beautiful Presbyterian Church built in the Civil War era in Philadelphia. The property was neglected with only minimal maintenance performed over the last 40+ years. The building was in severe decline and in need of stabilization and restoration on many fronts. Cracked ledge plates were chipped out and reestablished, internal walls damaged by leakage were broken out and repaired, brickwork was repointed and in severe cases reestablished to original strength and beauty. Leaks around the base of the building were addressed to stabilize deterioration of the foundation. Large rotted window sills under beautiful stained glass windows were restored after significant masonry reestablishment due to water damage under the rotted out sills. Broken and missing stained glass windows are in the process of repair and replacement. The process started with new metal frames cast by Mr. Grady. The new frames will hold clear painted replications of the original stained glass, also crafted by Mr. Grady. Regular windows all around the church and manse were also repaired and restored. Roof leaks were accurately identified and repaired. A sagging plaster ceiling has been torn out and restored. All this work was done by Mr. Grady alone or with an occasional helper. He worked with care, expertise and respect for the original structure. The results far exceeded our expectations and have injected new life into a building on the brink. This building, owned by the Presbytery of Philadelphia, now houses a new urban ministry in a newly gentrifying area of the city. We are happy to have had the good fortune to be connected to Grady's Painting and Plastering & Construction"

"Mr. Illes responded to a "request for quote" very quickly and was at my home EARLY on the day agreed upon. He repaired the ceiling in the fashion he promised and cleaned up well. His price was fair, he was courteous and respectful and truly professional. The repaired section looks great! If only all contractors were as dependable as Mr. Illes!"

"RICARDO GAVE ME VERY GOOD PRICES FOR ALL THE WORK THAT WAS DONE IN MY APARTMENT. HE ALWAYS RETURNED  MY PHONE CALLS AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. HIS TEAM'S WORK IS GREAT, EVEN UNDER PRESSURE OF TIME (I LIVE IN MANHATTAN AND THERE ARE TIME RESTRICTIONS IN THE BUILDING - THEY HAVE TO BE FINISHED BY 4PM).
THEY WORK VERY HARD, FAST AND EFFICIENT, GO ABOVE AND BEHIND TO PLEASE. THEY DID INCREDIBLE JOB ON MY CEILINGS-THEY LOOK BEAUTIFUL, MY FLOORS AND BASEBOARD MOLDINGS LOOK GREAT TOO.  EVEN THOUGH HANGING UP DOORS IS NOT WHAT THEY NORMALLY DO THEY DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB AND I COULD TELL THEY REALLY WANTED TO HELP ME OUT WITH THAT, WHICH I AM REALLY GREATFUL FOR.
I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, GREAT PEOPLE, HARD WORKERS."
