Emilian came to our house a few times while we were deciding between having pavers placed in our backyard versus building a deck. We ended up going with a deck and he gave us a good price for it. He was also able to complete it in late November / early December, so we didnâ t have to wait for the Spring to have it done. He is a nice person, good to deal with, answers any questions related to the project and other prospective future projects. I would recommend Elite EB construction and would certainly do business with them again.

Their team and Emilian the sales person were very kind , responsive and thorough in understanding our requirements.They were very committed to cleaning the place and leaving nothing behind. We had over 10 contractors come and give us estimates. He was the most informative and responded to any question. When we texted him he answered right back. He did not pressure us at all. When we signed the contract with him he let us know everything step by step. His father and the helper Chris were great! They were very clean and made sure not to damage any of our property. They showed up at 7 am and worked until after 6 pm. The deck they built to replace our old deck will outlast me and my children. Their workmanship is out standing. If you need a great contractor I highly recommend Elite EB.

Exceptional & great service by Elite construction, They were very professional and kind to work with. Work was done very efficiently and staff had a good understanding of the timeframe to work for my project, workmanship was very diligent of our area and did not make a lot of noise during the work. Emilian ( the owner ) took care of all the paperwork & permit from the city as it was a time taking process & hard to deal with! I was impressed by the final results as it was just I wanted to be. Would definitely recommend & looking forward to working with this group for any of my future projects and home renovation desires.

They are really fast and efficient! I had damage to my roof which required a replacement and they did my roof in one day! I say this because post hurricane Ida I have observed a lot of my friends needing the same service and watching their contractors take far longer. In addition to that while they do mostly exterior work they also fixed the leaking ceiling by replacing Sheetrock. I did not have to call multiple people to get my issues resolved. My next project will be my long awaited deck renovation and they will be the ones I call! They showed me a complex deck project they were working on and letâ s say itâ s bigger than the size of my house! Quite impressive! Aside from the noise of removing the shingles and the pressurized gun you would never know they were there. Very easy team to work with. You really didnâ t feel like you had to change your day drastically because they were there. I also found them to be highly competitive!!! Bottom line that is what we look for. It is just an added bonus that they show up when they say they do (no flakers here!!) I have year to have cost overruns and they do a great job!!! I do not hesitate one bit in recommending them.
