Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. "I hired Rob for a smaller job initially, to replace a section of drywall in a bathroom I was remodeling. He was prompt, very professional and his communication to me on what would be done and how was very refreshing. When I remodeled a bedroom, Rob was the only one I called, he came in and did the walls and ceiling. The last project I had a couple of months back was a laundry/half bath. I contacted Five Star and Ricardo responded right away, we scheduled for him to come see the job that needed to be done (he was very punctual), and did the work while I was away and the house was still empty. Since the house was empty and some of the work had to be done at night there were some minor issues such as a few staples (literally about 5) that were not fully removed and a spot that was missed due to lack of adequate lighting.
