"They charge a $59 service fee, which would be reasonable if it were an indication of their pricing. Their low fee is a deceptive practice to get them in your home where they hit you with an exorbitant quote for doing the work requested. They know no one in their right mind would pay their base prices, so they have to rely on deception to drum up business. The owner will say, "every job is different" but he won't acknowledge that if he gives people an indication of his prices he'd never make the initial $59 dollars to begin with. I had a simple dishwasher install that I was struggling to do myself because of arthritis. They wanted $600 to hook up water, drainage, and connect three color coded electrical wires. Refused to budge on price, so I refused service. Then demanded the $59 service fee because he was an "expert" that came out and evaluated everything. In his "expert evaluation" he missed some corrosion on the copper water line that required me to replace it anyway. I would stay away from these crooks."

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"Short version: Professionalism, competency, and integrity is what you can expect from RJK. When our AC stopped working, another company came out to investigate and we were quoted an outrageous temporary repair cost and were advised to replace the whole system. We called RJK and they called back almost immediately. Upon arriving, they advised that a whole system replacement would be unnecessary for starters. But before even doing that, they wanted to have their techs double check that the system was truly in need of any replacement. Turns out the fix was straightforward and within 30 minutes the system was repaired at a fraction of the cost of the original contractor's quoted repair cost and definitely cheaper than a whole new system."
