"Jersey Pro Wash did an incredible job! It's been almost 6 months since my house was washed and still looks as good as the day it was done! They were knowledgeable, reasonably priced, showed up early, and made sure I was happy before they left. If you want your house to be cleaned by a true professional, this is your guy!"

"Our experience with Extreme Floor Care could not have been better. Megan is extremely knowledgeable and spent over an hour with us going over details of the refinishing process. She has an excellent eye for what finish would look best on the floor. Our door bell rang at 7:30AM as was stated in their paperwork. Joe and Bryan were efficient, thorough, courteous, and answered any questions. At the end of the job if it wasn't for the beautifully refinished floor, I would never had known a sander had been used in our house. Joe and Bryan know how to clean up after themselves! Thank you Extreme Floor Care for a great experience and excellent work."

"Tonya and her crew do a fantastic job every time! I love getting the deep cleaning done where she doesn’t miss a single surface. They are very professional but also a super friendly crew that I love having at my home. I would highly recommend Tonya for house cleaning services and hope they stay in the business forever!"

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Roof cleaning is typically necessary annually, although homes in moist or heavily polluted areas may require more frequent service to prevent buildup.

It’s possible that installing solar panels can lead to mold on the roof. The panels themselves are not the issue. Problems caused by improper installation—such as roof leaks and mounts that aren’t sealed properly—can cause mold. Another potential cause of mold is debris accumulation under panels, which can trap moisture. If you live somewhere with extreme snow, rain, or hail, your home could be more prone to mold.

It is not advisable to DIY a roof cleaning job. Cleaning your roof yourself could lead to hazardous falls, scrapes, and even burns, making this a dangerous project. Additionally, using the wrong cleaning solution or cleaning method on your roof could risk damaging it. While some markets offer a DIY roof cleaning kit, these products often speed up the deterioration of your roof.

To ensure that you and your roof are protected, it’s best to leave roof cleaning to a professional with the right chemicals, tools, and equipment to complete the job safely.

No, you should not pressure wash or power wash roof shingles, including asphalt shingles. The high water pressure from these machines is too strong and can damage the shingles by forcing water underneath, loosening their adhesive, and causing them to fall off. A safer and better alternative is soft washing with a pump sprayer. To ensure the job is done safely without causing damage, it is best to hire a local roof cleaner.
