"This has been the worst company to deal with. 1. They did not submit the request for permits as agreed upon so the project was delayed about 2 months while my house was in total chaos as flooring and furniture was moved to other rooms to prepare for the work they were supposed to do. 3. They tried to blame be for their inefficiencies and I had to fight to get a credit for the cost of the permits. 4. When they finally got the permits 2 months later and opened my walls they determined that they could not do what we had agreed upon. 5. At this point the right thing to do would have been to apologize and compensate me for my time and emotional stress as well as bring my walls back to whole. 6. Instead of doing what was right for the customer money clearly motivated Kyle Ward who convinced me that I would still benefit from the three pump system I believed him to be the expert so I took him at his word. 7. With all the rain we have had in NJ year to date the pump system has yet to turn. Quality 1st even came and opened up the pump after three days of rain and it was bone dry, and I have been totally scammed. 8. When I asked for an itemized bill it took asking 3 times for one to be delivered and it did not present a clear picture of the 10% discount on the original contract. 9. Now that I have finally gotten an itemized bill reflecting the discount 1 month and 10 days after initially requesting it, they have called me every day since for final payment, 10. In the interim I have had to invest an additional amount of money to get it done right."

Here at H & R Concrete we strive to give it our best. It is our goal to make sure the customer is satisfied with the work that we do. Some of the work that we provide is as listed Curbs,Sidewalks,Driveways,Floors, Patios, Walls, Stucco, and even stone work etc.
"Father and son business. Had 2pm appointment for them to give estimate, showed up at 1:59pm. Unheard of for a contractor. Got estimate the next day, extremely fair pricing and they started the work day after that. Finished job in one day. Unbelievable 3 day turnaround. The work, itself was excellent. Very happy with the patio. They were clean, shoes off if they needed to come into the house, put a tarp on the ground when cement was being poured, and made sure everything was cleaned up and put away at end of day. Came back the next day to remove forms and cleaned up more. I highly recommend them. My only problem was with Angi, itself. The website, for lack of a more descriptive word, sucks. Couldn't go in to leave a review. tried for half an hour. Couldn't read past reviews. Star rating was there but I couldn't get in to read. Just kept coming back to "page not found" or please sign in. Even tried calling, but kept getting cycled to the same start menu. Very frustrating. If the contractor had not sent me a link I would never have been able to review. H&R Concrete's livelihood depends on the reviews people see on Angi. The only people who didn't get their money's worth in this transaction are H&R Concrete."

"I highly recommend Pellicore Concrete! My wife and I hired Pellicore to remove our 10' wide asphalt driveway and replace it with a widened 18' concrete driveway. The project also entailed demolition of our existing concrete porch, replacing it, adding a new front patio, and tying the porch and patio work into the new driveway. Joe Pellicore met with us and gave us estimates for the entire project, along with breaking down the project into its component parts with estimates for each. We went with the entire project. Joe worked with us on dates for the project, which ended up taking 4 days. Joe and his staff arrived on time every day and kept us informed through each step, making sure we were involved in final decisions. Once the project was poured the crew did an amazing job cleaning up and backfilling gaps between the lawn and the new porch and driveway. They did fantastic work! "I'm writing this review before the work is even done, this says a lot about Justin and his crew. they are rebuilding my office/laundry room, yes that's correct I work in the laundry room :). it was in bad shape built in the 40's and was one big Draft with terrible windows, walls and doors. MAN these guys came in and gutted the place in one day and after 3 days we are 75 percent done, see pictures below.. had a bathroom done took 2 months, looks like I'll be done with in days.. JMW's crew is something I have not seen in a long time..they are persistent, so far doing GREAT work and most of all I have seen Justin at my site so many times to make sure it's all moving along. you don't see this type of dedication and quality work any more, everyone is give me the money and I'll get it done when I get it done.. NOT JMW these guys work and work hard..my new contractor for sure. PS don't let the age fool you Justin is the real deal. I'll post the finished product."

Concrete can crack from general wear, improper installation, or in response to uneven support from the soil underneath. Small, thin cracks on the surface of aging concrete are usually a result of normal wear and tear, while cracks on new concrete more likely indicate a problem with installation. The cost to install a concrete driveway is $4 to $15 per square foot on average. Your price heavily depends on your desired concrete finish and driveway size.
For a driveway that is 200 square feet, you can expect to pay an average cost of $1,900. For a driveway at double that size (400 square feet), the average price is closer to $3,800. Plain concrete is significantly more cost-effective, averaging $7 per square foot, whereas stained concrete averages around $19 per square foot.
The cost of resurfacing concrete is $6 per square foot on average, though that cost can range from $3 to $9 per square foot.
For a driveway that is 200 square feet, you can expect to pay $600 to $1,800, and for a driveway that is 500 square feet, that cost averages $1,500 to $4,500. Resurfacing your driveway will give you the look and feel of a new surface without the hefty cost.
You may want to hire a concrete floor contractor to check out your home’s concrete surfaces or inspect your home’s foundation for minor damages that they can fix while on site. They may be able to fix cracks in your driveway or garage floor the same day they fix your concrete steps, as well.
