"We were very happy with the sales rep who recommended what needed to be done and in fact was done. The installers were polite, kept the entry to our basement clean and did excellent work. It was a great experience."

Introducing Concraised, Leveling your concrete so it’s as even and great looking as the day it was poured.\n\nAt Concraised we use the Foamjacking method to level & repair sunken concrete surfaces. We serve homeowners, residential and commercial property managements & municipalities.\n\nHow it works:\nConcrete slab lifting works like this:\n\n1) Injection of environmentally-safe foam under the existing concrete\n 2) Foam expands to fill the void at the same time compressing the soil underneath\n 3) Slab is raised completely back to level\n\nConcraised, making great first impressions, one perfect walkway at a time.

"Larry came out and did an analysis of our exterior drainage system, as we were having some puddling issues in the front and rear of our yard. We had just moved into the home a few months prior and Larry also did an analysis of our basement as we were having some concerns about the slightly bowed wall in our basement. Larry was very thorough and took a lot of time to go through the details of the exterior french drainage system he would install. He responded back to us in a timely manner and was extremely reasonable with their quote compared to other bids we had received from other contractors.
Larry and his team came out to the house and made quick work of a tedious job.  They took good care to keep the job-site as tidy as possible. Although Larry changed from the original plan, we felt comfortable with this as he was very thorough when explaining the reasons behind the change and we felt he had our best interest at heart. If we had any questions Larry was always available to answer them for us even when we called at 9pm.
We had a walkway that they had to cut through in order to run the piping for the drainage and Larry even added concrete to fix the walkway even though it wasn't in our original proposal.
We feel like with the work that was completed we got an excellent price and we have the peace of mind knowing that the job was done properly.

"Ed and crew did a great job on our steps and pavers - and we were not home to witness the project -- we had friends oversee their work -- very satisfied with the pavers workmanship of our entry to the house.....
it was the foundation and garage masonry repair that remains questionable. The garage concrete and painting repair was good -- and we should never have had the hot air drying machine used to assist with the drying of the paint in the garage -- the odor permeated the home for weeks --- OR - do it when the temperatures will permit easy drying, no dampness, etc. perhaps should have put more plastic tarp around the walls of the garage to stop the odor access; the end result is that the garage floor was fixed, and painted; which is what we wanted, it is the process getting there that was difficult.
Ed was professional in his recommendations.
NOW the issue -- the masonry work done to the foundation started to crack. Ed was notified couple months ago - and said he would be coming by -- however, has not shown ---this is a concern --- I want him to stand by his work --- so I am waiting to hear from him -- I would contact Ed for an estimate if I needed future work done - yet, I would be reluctant based on the lack of follow-thru with the repair.....
PS -- he did get other jobs in the neighborhood as a result of working here......M. Weiss"

Concrete Mudjacking questions, answered by experts

Pros often use mudjacking or polyurethane foam injection to level a sunken concrete patio. Both methods lift the slab by filling voids beneath it. After properly compacting the soil beneath it to prevent future settling, the concrete may need to be removed and re-poured for severe sinking.

Mudjacking typically takes 24 to 72 hours (one to three days) to dry and cure completely before you can resume normal use. The exact time can vary depending on the size of the project. Because the slurry mixture contains cement, it must fully harden to ensure that added weight from walking, furniture, or vehicles won't shift the concrete slab. A professional contractor can advise you on when the surface is safe to use. For comparison, if you use polyjacking instead, the polyurethane foam can dry in just a few minutes, but it's best to wait about an hour before use.

Mudjacking is suitable for sidewalks, driveways, patios, and nearly all exterior flat structures. However, it may not suit severely damaged or heavily cracked areas.

The average cost for mudjacking is around $1,200, though prices can range from $300 to $3,400. On a per-square-foot basis, you can expect to pay between $3 and $8, with an average of about $5 per square foot. The final cost depends on several factors, including the square footage of the concrete, the type of slab, its accessibility, whether it is load-bearing, and the type of material used to lift it. Generally, lifting a driveway, small patio, or sidewalk is less expensive than lifting a slab foundation or garage floor.

Most projects take 1-3 hours, with immediate usability after completion.
