"I needed a last minute junk removal company when I moved office locations on 5/28/26 and I chose Junk Take Away. I can't say enough good from the start to the end. It started with Kelly calling me to set up the date and time and was followed by Eddie and his buddy removing everything in a timely manner, they cleaned up after themselves and they were very respectful young men. I will definitely be using Eddie and his team again in the future."

"If you need to get rid of stuff that has been piling up in your house or garage, this is your company to go to! Mark (owner) kept in constant touch with me and was on time, the estimate he gave me was also right on, extremely reasonable. I would say look no further, this is your guy. Thank you, Mark and Company. - Mike S."

"Fantastic work, Frank Siek went above and beyond, he was there when he was neded to be their, he was always professional and available if I needed him and answers any question that we might have, his work was superb, I couldn't say much good things about this guy. And in the last 3 weeks, we had a problem with the electrical, and he came when we called him, and he came thru and was able to fixed the problem for us. He is great guy and he would be the only guy I would call for future projects in my house."

Hauling questions, answered by experts

Plan on cleaning your crawl space at least once a year, though twice a year is ideal. During the cleaning, remove any debris or dust and check for potential issues like pest infestations or water damage. The sooner you catch these issues, the easier (and cheaper) it will be to fix them.

Concrete disposal costs between $0.50 and $2 per square foot of concrete in most cases, but the price can fall outside of that range depending on a few factors. Some of the most important cost factors include the following:

  • Amount of concrete you need hauled away

  • Distance from a proper dump site

  • Whether or not your old concrete can be recycled

  • Add-on services, like concrete demolition and site prep

  • Local dumping costs

Small vans, box trucks, and portable storage containers are options. Choose based on the size and type of move.

Costs depend on waste volume, service frequency, and additional options like bulk pickups.

Digging out a basement takes anywhere from a few days to a few months. Most projects take at least two to five weeks, but it could take several months if you encounter obstacles. This project takes longer if you need to brace or raise your home before the excavation. Digging out a basement in new construction can take as little as three days.
