"Contractor Installed the fabric, messed up motor, awning would close but not open. Said maybe because motor is overheated. Called left message 2 days ago explained the problem, asked for advice to diagnose the problem and correct. no call back?Long story short I had to YouTube myself to find the problem. They left the mechanical drive switch locked at fully extended?readjusted the switch and calibrated the run by myself?All good now no thanks to the so called pros that are supposed to do this for a living"
