"It went great! The carpets look brand new and they were able to get out some spots in a couple of my bedrooms as well as wear on the stairs. They responded to my email immediately. I had also emailed another company but I have yet to hear from them. The job was scheduled a couple of days after the estimate was given. The prices were a little high but now in hindsight, I'm glad we used them! I highly recommend this company for sure!"
