Not only did they come out in the snow but refused to charge us a dime until our furnace was fixed. They stayed on the phone with the manufacturer until everything was completed. They were on time and over the course of the weekend kept us updated as to the status of the part needed to fix the furnace. These are my new heating guys and I look forward to my next service call. A standing stem shower was installed and also a new window. All new pipes and wiring. New lights and flooring with radiant heat,. They did all the molding and doors. A new bathroom and closet door.
