Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. He called back immediately. He showed up when he said he would. He assessed our situation. It turns out that the squirrels were not getting into our basement after all. He advised us on our best course of action to prevent them from getting in. He did not charge us anything. We decided we are going to hire him for our unrelated pest control needs. I would highly recommend him.

Nick was excellent. I requested service Saturday and Nick showed up within the hour. (Not an emergency). He dealt with the bee which were coming into my living room quickly and professionally. I haven't seen bees in a couple days and checked the area outside where they were coming in.....No bee activity. Responsive,professional and reasonable

The follow up is great and they take responsibility for Scheduling the routine follow up visits. They call you to remind you that it is time and schedule the visit pretty much at your convince. They do extermination for bugs other than Ants.
