"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"Frank is an old-world master craftsman. This large table had been in my family for 4 generations, and was in awful shape - wobbly, water-stained, and in places worn through to bare wood. Frank and his crew strengthened and beautifully refinished the table and all 8 of its leaves. His work was done exactly as requested, on-time, and for a reasonable price. He also strengthened and refinished 6 very wobbly and stained Queen Anne chairs to match the table and to no longer wobble. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. If you have a nice piece of furniture that needs work, he's your man.

Saul is the project manager - you can call him even on the weekends on his cell phone and he is very easy to reach.  He kept me updated with what to expect every step of the way.  His men laid a canvas covering on my stairs and hallway to protect the carpeting. Every time the workers left for the day, they left the place spotless.  The estimate was fair and when I requested a change order, they took it in stride and were quite reasonable about the extra cost.  They work to code and communicated well with the town inspector.  They did a very nice job in repairing and painting my kitchen ceiling and bathroom.  I would highly recommended them for any remodeling job."
