"I cannot say enough about Angela & Dennis. We found them on Angi for an emergency couch cleaning (our darling dog peed on our suede couch) and they were so flexible, professional, fast and saved my couch! This team is the ABSOLUTE best. We have had them come in for 2 couch cleans, a carpet clean, and a deep apartment clean, and let me tell you, there is truly no other team we'd let clean our apartment!!! And I mean it!! We have now retained them for monthly cleaning services as well. Angela and Dennis are the kindest souls and will give you the best service. They even moved a pesky piece of furniture for me which saved me $100s. I cannot recommend them enough - HIRE THEM FOR ALL YOUR CLEANING NEEDS! Keep up the amazing work!"

Customers say: Super punctual

"Tom was perfectly on time for the estimate and for the job.  He went right to work, took exactly the amount of time he said he would, and the result is exactly what I expected it to be.  I don't think re-grouting my entire shower was in the estimate, but Tom saw that my shower needed it, so he did that too.  He also re-caulked more than what was in the estimate, without raising the quoted price.  Tom took his time to explain the follow-up I needed to do (waiting a certain amount of days before using the shower, how I can clean up the leftover silicone residue, brand names for new shower doors, etc).  This was a relatively small job, but I did ask Tom for a detailed quote to re-rile my bathroom floor, and I will certainly be calling on him to do that when the time comes.

Floor Cleaning and Waxing questions, answered by experts

Yes. Baking soda and vinegar—when diluted with water—are safe to use to clean sticky laminate floors.

Regular vacuuming, deep cleaning, and prompt stain removal help maintain appearance and durability.

Polishing a concrete floor isn’t as expensive as it sounds—it’s actually one of the more budget-friendly upscale flooring options out there. On average, it costs $4,500, with most projects falling between $1,000 and $8,000 . When you’re working with an existing slab of concrete, you skip material costs entirely, so it’s even more affordable. If you want a glossy, durable floor without paying hardwood or tile prices, polished concrete delivers serious shine without the sticker shock.

Yes, you can polish an old cement floor. However, be aware that the first pass with the concrete grinder may reveal a few surprises and imperfections. You may also have to contend with the consequences of previous floor coverings, such as tile or carpet, which can leave a pattern in the concrete. Old concrete is more likely to produce uneven results if you want to use a dye or other coloring.

The answer to this question depends on how large the room is and how much experience you have stripping and waxing floors. It will take at least 24 hours to strip the floors, then you must allow time for drying, waxing, waiting for them to cure, and, finally, buffing them. Since you likely will not be working for the full 24 hours, it is safe to say that this is a two- or three-day job.
