"We hired Freddie to install a patio, replace an old concrete pathway and redo some concrete steps. Freddie and his crew are great. They showed up on the agreed upon date worked non stop and finished on time. They did the job as agreed upon and we worked through some last minute changes as the job was in process all without issue. Our new patio, path and steps looks great. Freddie and team were a pleasure to work with and always responsive to any questions and concerns along the way. Based on our experience I can recommend Freddie and his team."

"We hired them for a back stairs demo and new install. Aldo was amazing! He worked really hard, was meticulous, documented every step of the project. We are so happy with the final steps that we hired him to repair our concrete foundation. He did an amazing job with that too. All our future masonry work will go to this contractor. Thanks for the peace of mind."

"Kevin and his team are very detailed and HONEST! Not 1 issue with a fairly big job-new concrete steps for the front; new concrete steps for the side and all new walkway and concrete around foundation connecting my patio. I might also mention two other things. 1. Kevinâ s team solved a water management issue by installing some drainage to connect to existing drains. 2. He was also the only contractor that I had an estimate with that had the handrails in the pricing, no having to search and no dealing with a â contractor recommended handrail company.â Itâ s obvious his work is good two of my neighbors have hired Anytime Construction for their needs A++++"

Concrete Cutting questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can cut plexiglass by hand using a sharp knife or blade (utility knife, box cutter, glass cutter, etc.).

Costs depend on unit complexity, labor, wall mounting needs, and additional accessories like floating shelves.

It will likely take an experienced pro less than an hour to install a ground rod, which is another reason why letting them handle the job is such a good idea. Safety concerns aside, it would likely take you much longer to install a ground rod if you decided to take this one as a DIY job.

Yes, you can use a saw to cut metal pipes. The best saw to use is a reciprocating saw, but even a fine-tooth hacksaw can get the job done. No matter which saw you use to cut metal pipes, wear protective gear, like work gloves, safety goggles, and ear plugs. Apply a firm, steady pressure to the tool, and always ensure the pipes are secured so they don't move while you make the cuts.

Cutting round ductwork requires precision and the right tools. A duct cutter, specifically designed for circular ducts, is ideal. First, mark the cutting line on the duct using a measuring tape and pencil. Then, position the duct cutter's blade on the marked line. Apply steady pressure, rotating the cutter around the duct. The sharp blade creates a clean, precise cut. Alternatively, a reciprocating saw with a metal-cutting blade can be used for larger round ducts. Ensure the duct is securely held in place while making the cut to prevent slips and maintain accuracy.
