"Luis cleaned the tiles and grout of our large kitchen. Our 25 year old kitchen floor looks new. Luis was on time and very professional. We asked him to come back to do our 3 bathrooms."

"Everything was explained in detail for me. I was also given suggestions on appropriate floor cleaner to use. Spot treatments were done first and I was told which spots would not be able to come up off the carpet."

"The young man worked hard at it, but the service wasn't necessarily what I had originally asked for. And I was a little miffed that he did no clean up, which in the case of tiling and grout work can be a chore."

"Smart Tile is an excellent company. Our representative Lorenzo couldn't have been any better. He is beyond excellent. Very concerning careful and professional. I would recommend Smart Tile Company to anyone who is interested in tiling backsplash or counter tops and flooring etc. Excellent job. Thank You very much."

"The cleaner was professional and did a thorough job. Very friendly as well!"

"The cleaning of all 3 rooms and my sofa/chair went great.  They look almost brand new.  I had to reschedule my initial appointment with Quality Carpet and they were more than accommodating.  My only comment, would be that they update their contact information on the coupon as the number currently listed rings "disconnected" and you have to search for an alternate number.  However, that aside, great deal -- great work!

"Mike was wonderful. His pricing was extremely reasonable. He did the job on time and on budget. The work (removing and replacing kitchen wall tile) was beautiful. I am a tough customer and I will never go to anyone else for tile work"

"Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Ricardo came out promptly to give me an estimate. I had several water stains from plants that had sat for years in the room. He said he would try to repair my floor with sanding but if necessary several pieces could be replaced. I was pleasantly surprised that all the stains are gone and you would never know there had been any damage. He also suggested replacing my old metal vent grills with new wood vents. I think the floor looks much more consistent with my new wood vents. A good suggestion I would not have known about. Workers were pleasant and professional. Experience was stress free. I would recommend Five Star Flooring and use them again."
