"Marvin & his crew did a fantastic job creating a beautiful front yard for me. They installed a paver walkway, flower beds, installed stone River rocks, mulch and planted flowers. They also placed an area of sod where I could not grow nice grass. They are friendly and want to make sure their customer is pleased with each step of their work. "This was our first job contracting with Exteriors Plus founded by brothers Shane and Heath Decato. Because the scope involved the renovation of an older outbuilding next to our home by adding a 2nd floor balcony as well as windows and patio door the project was perhaps more complicated than new construction. The work by agreement took place intermittently over a period of several weeks. We communicated primarily with Shane who consistently kept us well informed about the scope of work and schedule through texts and phone calls as necessary. We were informed promptly of any delays or changes. Shane was very open to any questions and ongoing input about the work as well as incorporating minor changes along the way. Shane and Heath were always respectful of our needs while working at the jobsite. At the conclusion of each day any demo material was removed in a timely fashion. We are very pleased with the quality and cost of the work offered and would highly recommend Exteriors Plus."

"After discovering black mold creeping up the sheetrock along my basement wall we found that we had a hidden leak that we thought came from the patio door above. The home owners ins adjuster told us to hire a contractor and to brace ourselves because he believed the damage was extensive. He was right. We hired Matt Palmer (MMP Construction) and he gave us the devastating news that the entire lower half of the house was rotted from water damage due to an improperly flashed deck that ran along the back of the house.  I desperately wanted to save the deck, (54X12). It was a difficult task, but Matt was able to save it.
Matt worked diligently, stayed in contact with me (I was not able to be present during the day) and in the end gave us a great product. Matt was not only skillful, but very knowledgeable, creative, and professional. I will definitely be hiring him again.
