"Leo of M&L Landscaping and Construction took a look at the job and knew it wasn’t going to be easy. He quoted and we ultimately agreed to go forward. I provided a down payment and about a week later he and his team arrived on site, manually excavated holes to pour concrete piers and poured the concrete. After cure time, his team installed Lally columns and necessary supporting beams and the job was done. Leo’s team stayed on task and were very committed to finishing the job professionally. Great, hard-working team and very professional."

"Contractor initially responded promptly and came to my home to scope out the job. We walked through the problem areas where I have had ice dams, and he described the solution he could provide. He said he'd put together a quote and email me within a week. That's the last I heard from him. Despite repeated emails and phone calls, he never got back to me! I even spoke to his brother, who said he'd relay the message and have him call me back. No response. I called the Hot Edge company and told them I'd like to purchase their product, but their installer never got back to me. Now, 5 weeks later, other installers are booked through the end of the year. The Hot Edge people were also initially very responsive, and worked with me on diagramming the roof areas in need of their solution, and were supposed to put together a materials quote. Then, nothing! Communication ceased - no replied to my emails, no phone call - nothing! I can't figure it out. Just as well, I went with another solution, which is correcting the insulation issues in my attic which are the root cause of the ice dams."
