After signing the agreement I was assigned a representative (I was in contact with Paul) and he kept me updated on the timing of shingle delivery, dumpster and when the crew would be onsite to work. "A portion of the ridge vent on my roof lifted up during a heavy wind storm Monday. Dwayne responded at 9am Tuesday and was here by noon and tacked the vent down to close up the roof. He was scheduled to replace the vent on Thursday but came today(Wed) and is up on the roof now because there is snow coming in later today and he wanted to make sure the repair was completed before then.
