"FBI Contracting was the only firm willing to remove old decking, replace insulation in cathedral ceiling from above, install proper vent baffles, install metal shingles, custom form gutters. Frank and crew came every day until job was done. Compared to other roofers quoting only the shingle installation, FBI was very competitive. Cleanup was exceptional and the roof looks great! Multiple people walking or driving by have stopped and commented on the look of the roof."

"Our roof started leaking during a big storm, so we called several roofing companies to come look at what was wrong and provide an estimate. Milliard Roofing responded quickly and Bob came out within a day to have a look on the roof. He took pictures of the problem areas so that I could understand what he needed to do. He then came soon after to do all the work in one afternoon and a short time the next morning. My only complaint was that they require 50% payment before they do the work, but they don't take credit cards. Since there was so little time between receiving the estimate and actually having them come to see the work, the only way to get the payment to them was to wire it, which meant incurring an extra $20 charge from our bank. If they accepted credit cards, or were willing to accept the deposit check when they arrived, I wouldn't have any complaints. Great to work with otherwise! "
