I advised the owner of the damage and have been after them for 6 months to live up to there word to repair the damage and honor the repair estimate which was provided to them by the HVAC contractor who preformed the original install and now I can’t get them on the phone and have to file a claim for over $7K in damages As well as the paving project ended up shrinking the width of my driveway by 1 foot on each side from the original foot print"

Then, trying to find someone who does everything we wanted: granite steps, faux stone facing and sides, white railings, and the ability to tear up and lower my walkway then redo it to make the first step 7” was an even bigger challenge.
