Mark's Appliance Repair

He's very fair and knowledgeable. Hes not going to repair something if its not worth it. I've never felt like he was trying to run up the bill. I will always give him a A. He comes on time and does good work.

Terrific - left message and he returned my call same day. He came at 8:00 am the next day and because he had all the parts he needed in his truck he was able to fix the top rack right away. He was done within the hour.

I called Mark @ 4PM on 12/23/15 for my washer that was not draining. He called right back and said that he was trying to work a half day tomorrow Xmas eve but that he would come out. Arrived @ 10:15 am saying he thought it would be a quick fix. Due to the location of the pump and difficulty getting to it,it was clear soon that it would take longer. With no complaining he got it fixed within about 45 min versus the 10 min he had anticipated. Cost was $100 (which I added to out of extreme gratitude as all of our children were home with their laundry for the holiday)! Off he went to see his remaining. 3 customers at 11:15 AM knowing full well he was not going to get that 1/2 day off. I will continue to recommend Mark to everyone! Great service and professionalism.

Called Mark to repair the ice maker because it was not making ice.
Upon arrival, Mark quickly discovered the fan was not working to distribute the cold air to the freezer and fridge. He had a replacement fan with him and made the repair. Mark restocked the freezer and explained about how long it would take for the first batch of ice to be made,
Everything was left clean and neat and the refrigerator has been working fine without any issues.

Firstly, Mark had to visit our home three times as he needed to order parts and the incorrect parts came in. Each time Mark came - he was on time….. imagine Mark has proven to be very efficient and seems honest and upfront. I will definitely call on Mark for any other appliance needs I may have.

I called at 7:30 AM when washer stopped working - he called me at 9:30 said 10 mins away and could he come in 10 mins to see problem.
15 mins later he showed up and had it fixed 30 mins - bill was $101.95 - same washer had minor problem and had sears fixe and cost $320.- felt like they took my wallet - near crooked how they work -
Mark is honest guy who does good work and charges fair price better than on-time - he gets five stars from me....

Mark is very professional; with integrity, and his rates are about average. He discovered the problem with our refrigerator; a part was ordered, due to the holiday, there was a delay in getting the part. Mark arranged his schedule so he could repair our refrigerator as soon as the part was available. Will definitely call on Mark again, if and when needed.

Mark arrived sooner than expected which was great. Very professional. Immediate diagnosis of destroyed bearings. Will need new washer. Gave great advice re: what to look for and what to avoid.
Would call him again for service even though the news was bad!

Very prompt response, ordered parts and returned a few days later on my schedule to repair both appliances. KilO did have an issue afterwards and Mark came back to make it work...Very professional, friendly, honest and fair.

I left a message saying my dryer was not longer spinning, he called back that same day and was at my house to repair the next day.

Mark checked it out and thought that it was worth saving, he took the dryer apart..replaced a couple of pads and cleaned out years of lint and sand from the innards, and now it seems fine. I would definitly use him again, his price seeemed resonable and his service and return phone calls were prompt..

It was a bit a hard to get in touch but he was very accomodating when we did reach each other. The job was done while I was away (a neighbor let him in). The fix was done right, he cleaned up after and I was satisifed with the price (with no real way to check his price against any one else). I was satisfied overall and would use him again. Maybe my rankings should be "A"s but then, everyone can improve.

Mark was prompt, arriving within 30 minutes of his est time and found the problem immediately. To replace the part and the vent connection took him less than one hour. He had all the parts in his truck so there was no wasted time in going to suppliers etc.
