"The owner/operator came by shortly after my request and measured the house. Had a quote to me a couple days later and the new roof was installed within a week. I know that's not the case for most, but I was amazed by that. His crew showed up promptly at 7am on a Saturday and we efficient, polite and extremely hard working. They laid down huge tarps everywhere to catch the debris and were meticulous at keeping nails, old shingles and rotted wood off my lawn and in the dumpster JA Jubb had delivered the day before. The owner, Rick, was extremely thoughtful and open with me when there were unexpected repairs needed and a lot more plywood than he estimated. But you can't know that until you remove the 30 year old shingles. He warned me about that up front, too.
