The job was done in a very professional manner and the product quality was excellent

It was just over 3 months from the order date until the windows were installed. Two screens were not shipped with the windows and took an additional two months to obtain. Some interior painting of trim was not included in the work.

It seemed to go okay but a roof is very tricky. There were five guys throwing shingles around the roof and I didn't know how well things were getting done. I saw things that concerned me and I haven't heard from them. I haven't received a receipt after I sent them a check for $18,000.

The Service people who came to do the job were very courteous and worked quickly and were pretty neat about cleaning things up after as well.  The only thing I would say is that they need better communication about what time they are to be at a job from their office.

Other than feeling pressured to purchase right there and then, the service was ok, there were a few issues, one being snow on the present roof, they insisted they do this kind of work year round snow or not, was concerned about metal over a wet roof, but they did lay some kind of undercoat. The workers were friendly, but by no means clean, found cigarette butts and packs on another roof, called and spoke with them, they offered to come clean it up but by then I had done it myself. With snow on the ground there were many pieces of cut metal all over the ground, I again did the clean up after the snow melted, I have dogs and need no accidents, it is now May and I am still finding pieces of cut metal around but not as much.

I have tried several times to get them to come back and crimp some of the ends on the back of the house, spoke with there business office and was told this would be done, as of May of this year it still has not been completed. Got another call about putting on a new roof, is there no record keeping to realize they had just completed one?

Was told at the beginning of this job we would get a written guarantee on the work, material at the completion, this still has not happened.

The only other issue was they cut my wire to my heated gutters and then tried to stuff it back so no one would see it after telling them to leave the wires alone, I spoke with them and yes they did reimburse us for the timer that had been destroyed, so that was a good thing.

Overall it was not a bad experience, just not the very best that I was expecting, but I like the roof, lets just hope it holds up as well as they say it will

The guys who installed were awesome and did an awesome job. Cleaned up everything every day. Polite, prompt, professional, etc. The salesman was less than honest so beware. Make sure EVERYTHING is included in your contract/price. Other than the salesman I would recommend this company.

I can't say there is a better company around. The entire job was done in 3.5 hours on one of the coldest days of the year. Workmanship was excellent. There was a crew of nine men and each had his own assignment. They cleaned up when the job was done and left the yard as it was before the job.

It went very well. The 2 installers worked in freezing weather, were very professional and worked straight
through each day with only one brief break for lunch.

Salesman was very reasonable and answered all our questions. Was willing to work with us and at times convenient to us which helped because I travel a bit. The installers and "measurers" were polite and quick, doing exactly what was explained to us. They were neat and the noise and disruption was minimal. The windows are a pleasure to have and appear to work well. Overall a very good experience.

The entire experience was exceptional, we have no complaints whatsoever about our dealings with NH Exteriors and will certainly call them in the future when we need any additional work done to our home.

The initial contract writing was great. When I called them with questions, I ran into some difficulty getting answers. They have not yet responded to some tile issues I called them about. They are slow to respond to me. The people who applied the product did not appear to be professional as we were promised.

They did a fantastic job. We've saved at least $400 on our heating bills this winter by having the house resided. They were very professional, showed up when they were supposed to be here, cleaned up every day when they were done and dealing with everyone in the company was very pleasant. It was a great experience and I've recently contacted them about having some windows done as well.

The service was excellent. They ran into some problems because we didn't know that the cinder block walls were full of cement and rebar so cutting out for three windows was a lot more than they expected but they made the best of it. The people who put the windows in gave us excellent service. We would recommend them to anyone. The people who did the siding showed up on time and did the work. They put on a roof a couple of years ago and they stuck by their warranty. We would use them again and would recommend them.

They come to me knowing that I'm retired and have little resources. They made their workers do what they said they were going to do. They negotiated with me on the price. I recommended them to others. I would use them in the future.

Initially I did not expect to replace my siding, but Shawn came out and showed me all of what is available to side my home with. Their company takes a different approach to siding a home, Shawn made me see the most important part of siding today is the insulation factor. NH Exteriors had a beautiful siding that allowed me to add lots of insulation to the home. Shawn did a great job of going through exactly how the work would be performed. The materials showed up as expected and the job was done very quickly, I think the whole process took two weeks. The crew was as described, prompt, thorough and artists at what they do. I have a lot of weird walls on the home. The crew leader Mike, was very helpful. He explained what he was doing, why and gave me options when there were several different ways an area could be done. They left the place clean and tidy, I couldn't be happier. Just a few days after the job was complete, I got my lifetime warranty in the mail, already filled out by the company and I received a follow up call to make sure everything went as Shawn described it would. I had nothing to say but thanks. A dollar well spent!
