"Paul Swann evaluated our foundation problem and referred us to an engineer who provided a detailed repair plan. Unfortunately, the nature and scope of the proposed repair plan was outside the parameters of what Northern Basement System's themselves could provide. We appreciated their honesty and have been looking for a contractor to take on the project."

"Mike was able to fit me in the same day for an estimate which surprised me because I'm sure a lot of people are needing his services with all the rain lately but he was in the area that day and came by. Although the company is a nation wide chain, its a franchise and a small business. He is an honest Vermonter with Vermont values which I appreciate. He gave me options but didn't try to talk me into something I couldn't afford and is doing the work within two weeks which I was also happy about being a very busy time for this type of thing."

"I contacted Jackson and Company to obtain
a quote; Mr. Jackson contacted me within a few hours! Rick was polite and very
professional during our conversations. He came out to see the cracks to ensure
that my quote was accurate, especially since I had explained that someone had
attempted to "repair" the cracks previously. Rick arrived promptly at
my home and reviewed my situation. He answered all of my questions and
addressed all of my concerns. He also explained that his work would be covered
under a transferrable warrantee! I had several other quotes however no other company
offered any type of warrantee.
Rob arrived on time to do the job. Rob
was so nice and professional; I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. I
really wanted to see the process and he took the time to explain each step to
me. He worked tirelessly to clean up the mess of the failed ?repair? I could
not believe how much better it looked! He then proceeded to perform the repair allowing
me to watch and take pictures, it?s quite the process. He left both areas that he
worked on immaculate!
I have such peace of mind now knowing
that I will no longer have to worry about there being a huge puddle in my
garage or basement or water spouting out of the cracks! I am so glad that I
chose Jackson and Company to perform this work for me and I would recommend them
to anyone!

"I hired Twin State Basement Services to install perimeter drains in my basement after experiencing a water problem caused by hydraulic pressure under the floor. From the time I placed the phone call to the completion of the job it was clear to me that I was in excellent hands. I promptly received a call back within 24 hrs of it being placed. In all phases of the job from the size up and quote to the the completion of the job their work was beyond reproach. Refik and his crew were timely, efficient, courteous and professional. What impressed me the most was Refik's attention to detail and his personal commitment to "doing the job right".
