Best glaziers near Hooksett, NH

"The job couldn't have gone more smoothly. April, in the office, initially allowed me to provide pictures and measurements in order to guide the determination of the appropriate size, thus eliminating the delay of waiting for someone to come out to measure. It was quickly determined that the size was a standard one and the panes were ordered that same day. The installers came out within the same week to install. They were professional and courteous ... and did an excellent job. They even cleaned the doors (both the two panes they repaired and the two they didn't) so that the entire glass wall looks absolutely clear."

"Universal Windows Direct of Manchester provided not only prompt, professional, and preferred service, they also provided a peace of mind for the service they provided. The owner personally visited my home and suggested several suggestions to address my concerns. Never was I pressured, pursued, or offered a product which I had not asked. Universal Windows Direct offered me the security that I knew that this was a company of integrity and honesty. So much so, that when the work was done, I was not home. Unbelievable! And, when I returned home from work on the day of my new window installation, all I could see was the view from my new window...windex'd cleaned, with no evidence that they has ever been in my house. Universal Windows Direct of Manchester treated my home- as their home, with respect and responsibility. They not only met my concerns, they under promised and very much over delivered. Would I use them again...you bet, in a flash! Thank you Universal Windows Direct of Manchester. Doug Robinson, Derry, NH 03038"

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this project. We went from a saggy porch that was close to collapsing on one end to the beauty of a wonderful, strong porch. They even replaced the back steps, which I was pleasantly surprised by."

"great work, respectfull crew. Only issue was they didn't clean up outside well enough. Had flat tires from screws left in driveway and found broken (old) glass in my flower bed. Minor but crutial."

"Keith responded quickly, scheduled the job and got it done right away. I would recommend Revive roofing."

"Great team effort. Due to Covid delays with our shutter order, Morgan had to come back to install them several weeks after windows were done. Our home looks wonderful now,...really got a nice facelift! Since its" only been a few months since install, it is hard to give an accurate "rate the value for money", time will tell. (re stand-up to weather, appearance and heating and cooling savings). I did project a "5" mark though, because they stand behind their work and product! Go Okna!"

"I hired them to install the glass shower door in my bathroom and I’m really happy with the result. Communication was clear from the start, they showed up on time, and the installation was done perfectly. The team was professional, clean, and efficient. The final result looks great. Highly recommend!"

"Marlena Plunkett from Bow NH was professional, kind, and cool. She respected our decision to wait on the project even though I wanted the windows but needed to wait till I had another project completed."

"They installed some windows and vinyl siding on my home. They were very professional, communicative, paid great attention to detail, and left the work site clean. Definitely worth the investment."
