As of today, 5/2/23, our area has experienced a great deal of rain, which would have caused our basement to flood in previous years. We charge out at 45.00 dollars per hour and normally like to work on a time and materials basis. Materials and subcontractors provided by us are marked up 20% for profit and overhead costs. We are fully insured and stand behind our work.
