They quickly responded to me. They came to my house to look the area over and we agreed on a cost. They came at the time they said they would and completed the patio in the amount of time they stated it would take. They are delightful people to deal with, and th equality of work is A+. "Kirk Roberts and his helper Paul did excellent work and went above and beyond to complete the bathrooms when I added extra things. I wanted a deep soaking tub and he tried contacted numerous companies and found just what I wanted. Although he was hired to remodel the bathrooms when I asked if he could do something to stop the rain and snow from landing on my front step and turning to ice in the winter he accommodated my wishes. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a contractor. In addition to their great work ethic (always on time in the morning and stayed to finish a project rather than leave at a certain time) they were always friendly and just very nice people. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. I can’t say enough good things about them and have no complaints."

"I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
