From the get go, Silvana was the best to work with. She was very accomodating and her team from the cutting, installation, etc. was EXCELLENT. They went above and beyond to ensure that were happy. StoneOne did an excellent job. We couldn't be happier. Everyone involved was great to work with. Tutti was meticulous in his template preparation, Kristen made scheduling changes over email easy and worry-free, Adamir was the installer on site and did beautiful work (including some onsite adjustments to the granite), and Chris helped us with scheduling as well. Really, everyone was fantastic.
We had a long L-shaped counter with a sink and a 6 foot x 3 foot cooktop island installed. The sink location was a tight space, but Tutti was able to make it work and look nice too. The seam is almost invisible and in a very inconspicuous location. The granite is beautiful and the price was competitive. The craftsmanship of the install and templating is what really made the difference, in our opinion .
Two small backsplash pieces were missed during the install, but they were able to use the left over pieces from the cooktop cutout.
We also had one small issue around the sink with caulking, but they came right out and fixed it. The caulk was not setting up correctly, so I would say that the issue was not a fault of StoneOne at all. Again, we are super happy with the results and with the people that helped us.
My only MINOR complaint is that my wife asked for and was told several times, correctly or incorrectly, that we could have one of the cutout pieces to keep for workshop. My wife was told "It won't be a problem". I do woodworking and having a nice 2'x2' (or even 1'x1') piece of flat granite is a great tool for laying out projects, gluing, and sharpening hand tools. However, I was not left a piece and a call did not result in one either. In fact, on that call I was told that it is not normal for them to give out the leftover cutout pieces, that you pay by the square foot and that doesn't count the cutouts, but they would look into it. I never did hear anymore about it or receive a piece. So, a little disappointed that somewhere there was a miscommunication about that in the beginning and that there was no follow-up on that from StoneOne after.

We worked with Sal, who was knowledgeable and very patient, as it took us a long time to decide on the counter material. We needed two slabs and one of the slabs delivered by the granite company was not the one we had requested. Sal took care of the problem immediately, to our satisfaction. He took pains to see that the counters were cut from the portions of the slabs that we preferred. The two installers were also knowledgeable, efficient, neat and pleasant to work with.
Stone One communicated with us regarding every step of the process, and gave us all information in writing. Once we selected the granite and sink the work proceeded quickly and on schedule. They were always professional and we are very pleased with the end result.

The price we received for the substantial amount of Cambria counter surfaces we had installed was the cheapest around.
Aside from a disconnect on timing for the template phase (never showed up when they were supposed to, nothing communicated to us about them being late which they were by a few hours - fortunately our contractor was on site when they finally did show up), the subsequent installation went well. We also had a followup for a seam at our sink which had not been sealed correctly at install that they were very responsive in getting corrected.
The only thing i would suggest is that some of the office staff might want to put on a more professional demeanor as it appears there were some dissent among certain personalities that are better saved for when not dealing with the customer.

Just my personal experience. Since I live in Methuen I wanted to work with a local company. I thought I might go with Quartz but they didn't have a sample so they sent me to the stone supplier (MS International) over an hour away. I hate the Quartz but found a granite slab I liked. they quoted me over $3,380. I decided to try another fabricator just to get an idea of where they were at with price. I did some research and found another very reputable granite and marble fabricator (with an A rating on Angie's List). They quoted me less than $2300 for the same exact slab from the same provider, sink and included a backsplash. I found the price of sinks and faucets to be highly marked up at Stone One. So shop around.

"I am sorry that you didn't like the full slab of the Cashmere Carrara Quartz after you drove to the distributors location. Sometimes the small sample isn't a good representation of the full slab. We are a fabricator for many different quartz lines. There is only one line that is at that particular distributors location, if you didn't like the slab you could have requested to see something in a different quartz line closer to your home. While we pride ourselves on our high quality, we are not always the cheapest. Initial interaction to select styles/pattern was good. Initial installation was later than we had planned, delayed the project by a week, but workmanship for fabrication and installation done by StoneOne was very good.
Unfortunately, after installation, we discovered that some of the material that was installed was not first quality and we asked to have it repaired. It took a few WEEKS just to get someone to come out and look at the problem, and the response was "oh, that's normal, have a good day". Many phone calls and emails and another few weeks later, the manufacturer's third party warranty service company and then manufacturer's rep came out to see the project. Both agreed that in fact the material did not meet their own quality standards and that there were too many defects to repair to bring it up to specs. It would have to be replaced, or they would refund a small part of the total cost as compensation for us to accept it as is. Complete replacement would have required removing and reinstalling cabinets, repairing trim, and plumbing and electrical work. Very long story short, we agreed to partial repair, partial replacement, and nominal financial compensation. Throughout this long process, StoneOne was surporidingly unresponsive, apparently uninterested is reaching a resolution; ultimately it was up to me to chase the manufacturer directly. Once an agreement was reached with the manufacturer, the repair guy from the warranty service company arrived within a week and was in and out in just 20 minutes. (Based on this experience, it was clear that everything could have been adequately resolved MUCH sooner and more easily, in a much less disruptive and less expensive way, and in less than 1 day.) It then took StoneOne several more weeks to complete their part of the settlement. Total time to resolution: Seven (7) MONTHS (not days nor weeks: months). While we were satisfied with the craftsmanship of the initial work done by StoneOne, responsiveness and service after the sale was extremely disappointing.

Somewhat difficult to speak with a salesman times 3 visits to store but wanted quartz so kept attempting. Finally an appointment for "template" but sales person forgot to tell me to clear counter off so templates were upset. Once templating complete, the salesperson had said to make sure the template had my final decisions regarding edges & corners marked on the template. This was done. However, on the morning before install, the owner of the company called me at work & left a message asking what kind of "edges" I wanted. One was on the sales slip 3 1/2" months long before & then my final decision written on the template. When I didn't call back within 2 hours, the owner made a decision to go with sales not, not template where I was instructed to put final decision. Basically, the owner blamed me for the questionable practice of marking template with final decision. So bottom line - I didn't get the edges I ordered - they were able to salvage to close to what I wanted but the owner showed no compassion for the $4000 expense & not getting exactly what was ordered. She basically said I should be happy with the 12 x 12 scrap she sent with installers. She called it a cutting board. Overall, the countertops are beautiful but I think it's the material & not the company.
